刘帅，男，汉族，1982年11月出生，2010年毕业于大连海洋大学食品科学专业，农学硕士。2013年9月考入东北林业大学细胞生物学专业攻读博士，目前博士在读。2011年到河套学院任教至今。先后承担《食品原料学》、《食品加工机械与设备》、《食品标准与法规》、《食品药品安全与质量控制技术》、《保健食品》等课程，现主要承担《食品质量控制》及《食品安全与质量控制技术》专业必修课程教学工作。
