刘帅，男，汉族族，1982年11月出生，博士，讲师。主要从事食品生物活性物质方向研究。
教育及工作经历：
2002/9-2007/7，大连水产学院，食品系，食品科学与工程专业，学士；
2002/9-2004/12，俄罗斯远东国立水产科技大学，食品工程学院，食品科学与工程专业，学士；
2007/9-2010/6，大连海洋大学，食品科学与工程学院，食品科学专业，硕士；
2013/9-2017/12，东北林业大学，盐碱地生物资源环境研究中心，细胞生物学专业，博士；
2011/9-2017/12，河套学院农学系食品教研室，助教；
2017/12至今，河套学院农学系食品教研室，讲师。
